Abstract: 

Estimating a structure's modal parameters is essential for various applications, including health monitoring, damage detection, design verification, and model updating. Modal parameters are a structure's natural frequencies, mode shapes, and damping ratios. They can be used to understand the structure's dynamic behavior and to identify any changes that may occur over time. Operational modal analysis (OMA) is a technique that uses the response of a structure to environmental loads to estimate modal parameters. OMA is a non-destructive testing method that can be used on structures in their operating environment. This makes it a valuable tool for health monitoring and damage detection of buildings, bridges, wind turbines, and stadiums. One of the challenges of OMA is that its methods rely on the user's judgment to separate physical modes from spurious modes and to distinguish between real modes of the structure. Spurious modes are not caused by the actual structure but by noise or other environmental factors. Real modes are caused by the structure itself. In recent years, there has been extensive research on automating OMA methods for modal parameter estimation. Most of these studies have attempted to minimize the need for user intervention in modal parameter calculation by using machine learning techniques. Machine learning techniques can be used to identify physical modes automatically and to distinguish between real modes of the structure. This research uses the Stochastic Subspace Identification (SSI) method for OMA. The DBSCAN clustering method is used to separate physical modes from spurious modes. Finally, the hierarchical clustering method is used to distinguish between real modes of the structure. The proposed algorithm was implemented on a 6-degree-of-freedom structure and a real bridge. The results show that the proposed method has a higher power to separate physical modes from spurious modes than previous methods.

Abstract: 

Background: One of the vital organs that require regular check is heart. The representation of heart health can be identified through electrocardiogram (ECG) signals, blood pressure (BP), heart rate, and oxygen saturation (SpO2). monitoring the heart condition needs to be regularly done to prevent heart attack that can occur suddenly and very quickly particularly for someone who has had a heart attack before. Nevertheless, it raises the problem of cost, time efficient, and flexibility. It takes a high cost and much time to perform this examination. A vital signal monitoring device is needed with low cost, wearable, accurate, and simple in use. Methods: This research designs and develops a device and application for monitoring human vital signals including ECG, SpO2, BP, and heart rate. A multi‑ sensor system with a control unit was applied to the device which was then called the Armband Vital Sign monitor. This device can be used to measure vital parameters simultaneously using multiplexing techniques programmed in the microcontroller. Armband vital sign monitor is also equipped with Bluetooth module as a communication media for further data processing and display. Results: Armband vital sign monitor produces >99% accuracy in body temperature measurements, ± 2 deviation values in SpO2 measurements, and systolic and diastolic deviations at ± 3– 8 mmHg. For EGC signals, tests are performed by comparing signals visually in graphical form, and EGC can be obtained properly as shown by the graph. Conclusion: In this study, an Armband vital sign device has been developed that can measure the body’ s vital parameters. The parameters which were measured included temperature, heart rate, BP, SpO2, and ECG. This device has small dimensions and can be put on the wrist. The device is also equipped with Bluetooth so monitoring can be conducted wirelessly.

Abstract: 

Banks, as the most important financial institutions, and considering the speed of change in financial technologies and in general frequent changes in the international banking system, in terms of facing turbulences and changes in the external environment, they need more the category of future vision and environmental monitoring. The purpose of the current research is to provide a suitable process model for monitoring and monitoring the environment in banks to face the future of the banking industry. This research is an exploratory study with practical goals. After examining the comparative studies and using the Delphi method, the conceptual model was designed based on the model of Haynes et al. The content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the opinion of experts. Based on the results of the research, a validated process model consisting of 4 main processes: finding, analyzing, framing and applying was presented. This model can be used in recognition, analysis and proper planning to face the future of the banking industry in the country's banking network.

Abstract: 

Competition law is a newcomer to the legal system recently. A sound understanding of competition policy can provide us with sufficient bases to apply a fundamental and normative view of the issues of competition law. The difference in supervision and regulation determines how the market functions and in order to understand this difference one must understand competition policy. Competition policy may be based on governmental support for national production and industry or on a non-interventional and regulatory posture. Moreover, supervision, based on the principle of non-intervention in the market mechanism, is rooted in liberal ideas; however, regulation, whether as a rule or an exception, is based on the assertion that the market has been ineffective in attaining its goals. Therefore, the government will resort to interventions to regulate inefficiencies.  This paper aims to analyze Supervisory Authority in Implementing Competitive Policy by employing the description method. In this article the author tries to first delineate competition policy, its related requirements and imposed deviations to the market. Then, by defining the supervisory entity and clarifying its distinction from the regulatory institutions, the author considers the characteristics of an appropriate supervisory entity conducting a comparative study of this issue in Iran and the U.S.A. This form of Competition policy because of its applicable experiences which have been well described by recent scholarship is considered suitable for the native system.
